Are all of Eckersley’s products on the website?
We have many products available online, however for our full range visit you nearest Eckersley's store for more products & brands.
Can I hire easels for events?
Yes you can hire a selection of our easels for your next presentation or display for a day or more. Easel hire service is available at selected stores. You can contact them directly for more details on the range of easels available for hire.
Can I shop online at Eckersley’s?
Yes, however delivery is currenlty only available in NSW , other States will be available soon.
Do you offer custom framing services?
Yes we can frame anything you need from original art to photographs, certificates and awards or needlework and tapestries. We have a range of quality frames to suit your budget. Custom Framing service is available at selected stores, for more details you can contact them directly.
Does Eckersley’s have a mailing list that I can join?
Yes you can join our mailing list and be the first to receive the latest promotional offers and news from Eckersley’s.
Does Eckersley’s sell gift vouchers?
Yes you can purchase gift vouchers from any of our stores or alternatively purchase eVouchers online in a variety of denominations. All Eckersley’s instore gift vouchers and Super eVouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Standard eVouchers are valid for a period of 6 months.
How can I find out whether Eckersley’s stocks the product I am looking for?
Eckersley’s has an extensive product range. If you are looking for a particular product or brand, we recommend you browse through our products section on the website or alternatively contact your nearest Eckersley’s store directly.
If we don’t stock the product you are after we may be able to order the product in for you, just enquire with our friendly store staff.
How do I apply for a job at Eckersley’s?
Thank you for your interest in working for Eckersley’s. The best way to go about seeking employment at Eckersley’s is by contacting the Manager of the particular Store or Division you are interested in. You may also wish to submit your résumé and a covering letter by mail or email. Contact details for all our stores and divisions can be found on the art & craft store locator.
How do I approach Eckersley’s to become a sponsor for a local art event?
Eckersley’s is pleased to consider your sponsorship proposal. Please note that we receive many sponsorship requests daily and although we would like to, it is difficult to support all organisations and events in their efforts to promote the arts. Should you wish to submit a sponsorship proposal, please obtain the relevant sponsorship application form from your nearest Eckersley’s store or from the Marketing Department and email it to us at art@eckersleys.com.au
How do I join the Eckersley’s Loyalty Program?
To become an Eckersley's Loyalty Program member, simply spend $25 in-store and request a Loyalty Card at the time of purchase. Every subsequent purchase you make will be recorded on your Loyalty Card. Once you have reached a total of $500 spent in-store, you will receive a $50 Eckersley's Loyalty Gift Voucher to use on your next purchase. For more details, go to Loyalty program.
How do I update my contact details with Eckersley’s if I am a loyalty member?
If you are currently a loyalty member and wish to update your contact details with us, or to be added to or removed from our mailing list, simply send an email to database@eckersleys.com.au or phone us on (02) 9436 4899. Please provide your previous contact details so we can locate your information on our database in order to update or remove it.
