Welcome to the Creative Rewards Loyalty Program.

What are the benefits of being a Creative Rewards member?

As a Creative Rewards member you will earn points every time you purchase products in-store and online even on promotional items! You will receive a $25 reward for every 500 points earned, plus exclusive offers, access to arty competitions and special events. Once you have registered as a Creative Rewards member you will have access to all of your points and Creative Rewards balance. It is FREE to become a Creative Rewards member.

How do I Sign Up?

You can sign up online by clicking on Sign Up and completing all of the required files. Alternatively, please visit one of our stores.

Do I get a card when I Sign Up?

When you Sign Up a Digital Creative Rewards card will be sent to your email. If you Sign Up in-store, a physical card is optional. 

I have a physical card, how do I Sign Up?

If you have picked up a Creative Rewards card at one of our stores, simply answer 'Yes' to the "Do you have a Creative Rewards card" question and complete all of the required fields. We will link your physical card to your online account, so you can being earning points and redeeming available rewards immediately! 

Does it cost me anything to Sign Up?

No, Creative Rewards is a free program to thank and reward you for your loyalty.

How do I start earning points?

In-store: Simply ask our team member to look you up before you pay for your purchase and your points will be added automatically to your account.

Online:  Simply sign into your account online and you will automatically earn points on the card linked to your account.

How can I check my points balance?

Simply sign in to your online account and navigate to the Creative Rewards tab within your account.

How can I find out about my rewards?

Simply sign in to your online account and navigate to the Creative Rewards tab within your account.

How do I redeem my rewards?

Online: during checkout, please enter the amount of rewards you would like to redeem. 

In-store: Ask our team member to add your rewards when paying for your products.

Do my Points or Rewards expire?

Yes. Points will expire if there are no transactions on the Loyalty card within a 12 month period. Rewards (converted points) will expire 12 months from the date of conversion.

I’ve lost my card can I still earn points?

Yes, to earn points in store ask our team member to look you up and to earn points online you can simply sign into your account.
