Valentine's Day Easel Card

What you need:

  • 1 x A3 sheet of Canson Colorline, 300gsm card in ‘Cream’
  • 1 x sheet of Kaisercraft Paper 12”x12”, Sweet Nothings ‘With Love’
  • 1 x sheet of Kaisercraft Paper 12”x12”, Sweet Nothings
  • Kaisercraft Collectables, Sweet Nothings
  • Kaisercraft Blossoms Resin Flowers, ‘Dahlia’ and ‘Pansy’
  • Kaisercraft Embellishment Paper Blooms, ‘Honey’, ‘Mini Coconut’ and ‘Mini Dusty Pink’
  • Elmer’s Foam Mounting Tape, 12.7mm x 3.8mm
  • Kaisercraft Pearls, Chino
  • Sentiment stamp
  • Ink
  • Lace

What you do:

Card making has become a breeze with the elements from Kasiercraft Sweet Nothings collection.

  1. Cut a 15.2cm x 30cm (6”x12”) rectangle from cream cardstock, and a 15.2cm x 15.2cm (6”x6”) square from cream cardstock.
  2. With the 15.2cm x 30cm (6”x12”) rectangle in landscape position, score the cardstock at 7.5cm (3”) and at 15.2cm (6”).
  3. Fold these score lines inwards.
  4. On the reverse side of the 7.5cm x 15.2cm (3”x6”) section of cardstock, use adhesive to attach the 15.2cm x 15.2cm (6”x6”) piece of cardstock.
  5. This is your Easel Card base.
  6. Cut two 14.5cm x 14.5cm (5.75”x5.75”) squares from the with Love paper and adhere one to the base of your Easel Card and the front of your Easel Card.
  7. Adhere Lace to the base and the front of your Card and a border from the 12” Sticker Sheet.
  8. Stamp sentiment to the Die Cut frame using ink.
  9. Adhere to the base of your card using foam tape.
  10. Ink the edges of your cupid Die Cut and stamp Die Cut and also adhere to card using Foam Tape.
  11. Finish your card by adding Blossoms, Mini Blossoms, Resin Blossoms and Pearls.
