Pink Glitter Invitation Card

Time needed: 1 hour

What you need:

  • Kagaz pink glitter decorative paper
  • Pink Metallic Card
  • Cream Card
  • Pink Metallic DL envelope
  • Cream ribbon - 2mm in width
  • Scissors
  • Craft or Stanley knife
  • Metal ruler
  • Pencil
  • Glue stick
  • Hole punch

What you do:

  1. Cut the pink metallic card to the size of 21cm (H) x 10cm (W).
  2. Cut the Kagaz pink glitter decorative paper into a square of 21cm x 21cm. Use a pencil and put a mark on the reverse side of the paper 5.5cm from either side. Score the paper using the blunt side of a stanley knife or metal ruler. Fold the sides of the pink glitter decorative paper inwards and wrap it around the metallic card.
  3. For information that goes into your invitation, you can print them onto the cream card. Type your information out using a font style of your choice. Your text need to fit within the size of 20cm (H) x 9cm (W) - an A4 size page should fit 3 groups of text.
  4. Print your information on the cream card. Cut one card out and attach it onto the pink metallic card using glue.
  5. Cut a cream ribbon to the length of 1 metre.
    Print the names of the bride and groom on the cream card and cut it into a leaf shape. Put a hole at one end of the leaf using a hole punch..
  6. Loop the leaf onto the ribbon and tie it around the invitation card..
    Put the Invitation card inside a matching pink metallic DL envelope.
