Directions of use

  1. Remove the plastic protective cap by unscrewing anti-clockwise
  2. Take a sharp knife or other suitable single edge appliance (Not scissors or wire snips)
  3. Rest the tip of the tube on a firm surface and without pressing on the tube, hold the tube on the firm part of the metal, just behind the sealed section of the spout, cut a section of the tube to behind the sealed portion of the tip that was previously inside the plastic cap to form a hole of approximately 1.0mm. This will give you a reasonable flow of adhesive. If you need a larger flow, remove more of the spout to enlarge the hole.
  4. Gently press on the tube to express adhesive. To increase the flow of adhesive remove more of the spout.
  5. The metal foil tubes are of a multi fold design and either not opening the spout or not removing the protective cap will cause the multifold seal to unwrap when excessive force is applied causing adhesive the expel out the back.
  6. The multifold seal is capable of exceeding pressure of over 10kg.
  7. The life span of the adhesive in the tube once the sealed tip has been removed has been tested to be useable for months if the protective cap is replaced.
  8. Keep the product away from naked flame, heat and use in a well ventilated area.
