You will report through to the Marketing Manager and be responsible for:

Required skills/ knowledge:
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing/Communication
  • Ideally 4+ years experience in a similar brand driven role.
  • Experience dealing with external agencies, graphic designers and printers
  • Social Media Experience
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver on deadlines
  • Strong Computer skills
  • A passion for marketing and a can do attitude and to think outside the box

The successful applicant must possess sales experience and have a positive 'can-do' attitude. Experience in the art & craft industry would be preferred but not essential.

Customer Service Manager - Kingsgrove, NSW

We are seeking a full time Customer Service Manager, currently based at our Kingsgrove head office, NSW.

You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer service is provided to our online and education customers and possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the everyday running of all Customer Service activities, including training and coaching staff to provide exceptional customer service
