Customer Service Officer – Kingsgrove, NSW

We are seeking a full time Customer Service Officer, located in Kingsgrove, NSW. Full time position, immediate start.

You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer service is provided to our online and education customers and possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide assistance in the everyday running of the Customer Service department, including training and coaching staff to provide exceptional customer service
  • Provide an escalation point for escalated calls and customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Reporting – KPI’s and other adhoc reports
  • Help the Customer Service Manager to manage staff
  • Ensure all staff abide by all company policies and procedures, including Work Health and Safety
  • Relationship management of customers, sales representatives and our warehouse team

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a customer service position either in a retail or call centre environment
  • Experience in the art & craft industry would be preferred.
  • High level of computer skills - MS EXCEL, MS WORD, OUTLOOK
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem solving skills

Casual Storeperson Position - St. Mary's

Eckersley's are currently seeking an experienced storeperson whose main role will be to assist the Warehouse Manager with their day to day operations.

Monday to Friday shifts
On-site parking

Key Responsibilities:

Picking, packing and wrapping orders
Receiving and dispatch
Computer use

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in forklift use is preferred but not essential
  • Inventory control experience
  • Computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to competently complete, receive and dispatch, load and unload goods

Some Eckersley’s stores are able to take on work experience placements for high school students; however this depends on the Store Manager’s capacity to facilitate the supervision and training of a student, this varies from store to store and at different times of the year.
