Are all of Eckersley’s products on the website?

Please note that products advertised online may not be available in every Eckersley’s store, please call your local store to check individual product availabilities

How can I find out whether Eckersley’s stocks the product I am looking for?

Eckersley’s has an extensive product range. If you are looking for a particular product or brand, we recommend you browse through our products section on the website or alternatively contact your nearest Eckersley’s store directly.

If we don’t stock the product you are after we may be able to order the product in for you, just enquire with our friendly store staff.

Who can help me with a particular product query?

Your closest Eckersley's store will be happy to help you with product information. Our staff members generally have excellent product knowledge since many are also practising artists or crafters themselves. 

Can I shop online at Eckersley’s?

What are the payment options for my online order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express on the Eckersley's website. Payments are processed via our Westpac Secure Payment Gateway. We also have the option to pay via PayPal.

What is Eckersley's Pricing Policy?

In Eckersley's retail stores and on www.eckersleys.com.au prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices on www.eckersleys.co.nz are displayed are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude GST.

Does Eckersley’s sell gift vouchers?

Yes, you can purchase gift cards from any of our stores or alternatively purchase online in a variety of denominations. All Eckersley’s gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Does Eckersley’s have a mailing list that I can join?

Yes you can join our mailing list and be the first to receive the latest promotional offers and news from Eckersley’s.

Can I hire easels for events?

Yes you can hire a selection of our easels for your next presentation or display for a day or more. Easel hire service is available at selected stores. You can contact them directly for more details on the range of easels available for hire.

Do you offer custom framing services?

Yes we can frame anything you need from original art to photographs, certificates and awards or needlework and tapestries. We have a range of quality frames to suit your budget. Custom Framing service is available at selected stores, for more details you can contact them directly.

How do I apply for a job at Eckersley’s?

Thank you for your interest in working for Eckersley’s. The best way to go about seeking employment at Eckersley’s is by contacting the Manager of the particular Store or Division you are interested in. You may also wish to submit your résumé and a covering letter by mail or email. Contact details for all our stores and divisions can be found on the art & craft store locator.

How do I approach Eckersley’s to become a sponsor for a local art event?

Eckersley’s is pleased to consider your sponsorship proposal. Please note that we receive many sponsorship requests daily and although we would like to, it is difficult to support all organisations and events in their efforts to promote the arts. Should you wish to submit a sponsorship proposal, please obtain the relevant sponsorship application form from your nearest Eckersley’s store or from the Marketing Department and email it to us at sponsorship@eckersleys.com.au

How do I join the Eckersley’s Loyalty Program?

It is easy and FREE to join our Creative Rewards Loyalty Program. To join simply click here and complete all required details. Once you have submitted your form you will be sent a Creative Rewards card in the mail. To join in-store simply request to join Creative Rewards loyalty program and you will receive a brand new card. How do I update my contact details with Eckersley’s if I am a loyalty member?

If you are currently a loyalty member and wish to update your contact details with us, or to be added to or removed from our mailing list, simply send an email to art@eckersleys.com.au or phone us on (02) 9436 4899. Please provide your previous contact details so we can locate your information on our database in order to update or remove it.
