How do I sign up for an online account?

To sign up, simply click Sign In/Up, click Sign Up and complete all required details. If you are a school customer, please ensure you click School Sign In.

What is Creative Rewards?

By signing up to Creative Rewards, you will receive regular updates on products and promotional offers, receive exclusive membership deals, earn rewards points on your purchases and a personal account to save your purchases and details to make it easier and faster to shop your favourite products!

Are all of Eckersley’s products on the website?

Products advertised online may not be available in every Eckersley’s store. Please call your local store to check individual product availabilities

How can I find out whether Eckersley’s stocks the product I am looking for?

Eckersley’s has an extensive product range. If you are looking for a particular product or brand, we recommend you browse through our website or contact your local store.

If we don’t stock the product you are after, we may be able to order the product in for you, just enquire with our friendly store staff.

Who can help me with a particular product query?

Please click here to contact our Online Customer Service Team. Alternatively, your local store will be happy to help you with product information. Our staff members have excellent product knowledge since many are also practising artists or crafters. 

What are the payment options for my online order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Zip and Afterpay on our website.

Can I make changes to my online order?

When an online order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to it. Please click here to find out more about our refund policy or contact our customer service team here.

What is Eckersley's Pricing Policy?

Prices displayed in-store and on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
For New Zealand customers the prices shown at the payment stage during check-out are GST-free.

How do I approach Eckersley’s to become a sponsor for a local art event?

Eckersley’s is pleased to consider your sponsorship proposal. Please note that we receive many sponsorship requests daily and although we would like to, it is difficult to support all organisations and events in their efforts to promote the arts.

Should you wish to submit a sponsorship proposal, please obtain the relevant sponsorship application form from your nearest Eckersley’s store or from the Marketing Department and email it to us at sponsorship@eckersleys.com.au

How do I update my contact details with Eckersley’s if I have an account?

You can update your contact details by signing in to your online account. However, please don't hesitate to contact us if you require assistance.
