Eckersley's Mixed Media Pads are great for drawing with charcoals, graphite, and coloured pencils. It works beautifully for bold expressive sketches or more precise hatching techniques. When blending dry media on the Eckersley’s Mixed Media Pads you will experience exceptional blending with a hint of the texture showing through.
When using wet media on the Eckersley’s Mixed Media Pads, inks, watercolour, and gouache paints can be built up in layers evenly and with control with next to no buckling. Eckersley's Mixed Media Pads can also be used to lay down lettering using markers and ink with minimal bleed. Not suitable for use with alcohol markers and oil paints.
