Jacquard Neopaque Paints are a fluid and highly pigmented water-based paint suitable for a variety of surfaces like fabrics, leather, stone, canvas, paper, and rubber. The easy-to-use-paint is formulated using traditional pigments, resulting in bright opaque colours. Due to the maximum coverage provided, these paints are ideal for both light and dark surfaces.
These versatile paints remain flexible and soft on your chosen surface, resulting in a durable paint that won’t crack, peel, or chip. This makes Jacquard Neopaque Paints popular with shoe painters and textile artists for screen printing, painting, or block printing. They can even be used for marbling!
For a more transparent finish, mix Jacquard Neopaque Paints with the Jacquard Flow Extender. This won’t alter the texture or consistency of the paint. Alternatively, add up to 25% water to them for a more fluid paint.
Jacquard Neopaque Paints can be used with a brush, roller, stencil, stamp or even for airbrush when thinned with water. They can also be used and mixed with Jacquard Lumiere, Dye-Na-Flow and Textile Colours. They can also be mixed with Jacquard Pearl Ex paints for a soft muted metallic effect.
If applied to fabrics the Jacquard Neopaque Paints are permanent and lightfast once heat fixed. Jacquard Neopaque Paints are suitable for both natural and synthetic fabrics.
