The canvases are constructed with Swedish Pine stretcher bars, providing superior strength to avoid warping. The wood is sustainably sourced and FSC certified. Jasart Academy Canvas has a canvas weight of 280gsm (5oz) and is back stapled with clean cut corners - therefore unsuitable for re-stretching.
