Lavender Field Watercolour Workshop

Lavender Field Watercolour Workshop with Ferie Sadeghi

About this event

Would you like to learn how to paint a landscape in watercolour? This workshop is for you! Come and join us to create this beautiful watercolour Lavender Field with vibrant artist-quality Winsor & Newton watercolour paints and artist-quality Fabriano paper. Your instructor will teach you three basic watercolour techniques, tips and tricks. Then she will demonstrate how to apply these techniques to your landscape.

We will start to paint the sky and the mountains first. After finishing the house in distance and the trees, we will paint the lavender field very loosely with different shades of purples, pinks and blues.

For three hours, you will immerse yourself in the world of watercolour and you will forget about time and space. Your award-winning art instructor will help you create your very own artwork.

Knowledge required:

This course is designed for beginners and intermediate learners.

No drawing skills required. You will transfer the landscape outline onto the Fabriano Artistico 100% cotton, cold-pressed paper using a transfer paper. This easy process will allow you to focus fully on the painting.

Don’t worry if you’re new to watercolour painting. You will be guided step by step to finish your painting. The more advanced participants will strengthen their watercolour skills and they will take home lots of creative ides and a beautiful painting to hang on the wall.
