Liquitex Resin Sand Texture Gel dries to a semi-gloss, rough cement finish. It gives an opaque/semi-opaque appearance - the thicker you apply, the more opaque it becomes. Once dry, Liquitex Resin Sand Texture Gel will not crack or chip once dry.
