What are the benefits of being a Creative Rewards member?
As a Creative Rewards member you will earn points every time you purchase products in-store and online, even on promotional items. You will receive a $25 reward for every 500 points earned, plus exclusive offers, access to arty competitions and special events.
Once you have registered as a Creative Rewards member, you will have access to all of your points and Creative Rewards balance. It is FREE to become a Creative Rewards member.
$1 = 1 Point
500 Points = $25 Reward
How do I Sign Up?
You can sign up online by clicking Sign In and completing all of the required fields. Alternatively, please visit one of our stores.
Do I get a card when I Sign Up?
When you Sign Up, a Digital Creative Rewards card will be sent to your email.
Does it cost me anything to Sign Up?
No. Creative Rewards is a free program designed to thank and reward you for your loyalty.
How do I start earning points?
In-store: Simply present your digital card or ask our team member to look you up before you pay for your purchase and your points will be added automatically to your account.
Online: Simply sign in to your account online and you will automatically earn points on your purchase.
How can I check my points balance?
Simply sign in to your online account and navigate to the Rewards tab within your account.
How can I find out about my rewards?
Simply sign in to your online account and navigate to the Rewards tab within your account.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Online: During checkout, enter the amount of rewards you would like to redeem.
In-store: Ask our team member to apply your rewards when paying for your products.
Do my Points or Rewards expire?
Yes. Points will expire if there are no transactions on the Loyalty Card within a 12-month period. Rewards (converted points) will expire 12 months from the date of conversion.
I have an Education Account. Can I also join Creative Rewards?
Yes, however you must use a different email address for each account. The same email address cannot be used for both an Eckersley's Education Account and a Creative Rewards membership.
