The Pebeo Setacolor Opaque Matt Fabric Painting Set contain 6 x 20ml bottles in assorted colours of highly pigmented, opaque fabric paints. The vivid colours in the pack can be mixed to create a comprehensive colour palette for your artwork.
The Pebeo Setacolor Opaque Matt Fabric Painting Set is suitable on most fabrics that contain at least 50% natural fibres including fine or thick weaves and light or dark fabrics giving the user plenty of flexibility. The fabric selected in your project should be washed prior to applying the Setacolor Opaque Fabric Paint (without the use of any fabric softeners). This ensures the paint will adhere into the fibres of the fabric resulting in a longer lasting design.
Due to its thick consistency, Setacolor Opaque Fabric Paint can be applied to fabric by using a stencil, a brush, or sponge and gives full coverage. When painting with a brush you can achieve a more painterly effect if desired. Once the paint is dry, turn the fabric so the painted side is face down. Next use an iron to apply heat across the fabric area for around 5 minutes. (use the heat setting appropriate for the fabric being used). Your creation is now lightfast, washable and dry cleanable.
