It is a non-pigmented, wax based colouring pencil that is perfect for blending and softening of coloured pencil artwork without altering your palette. The Prismacolor Premier Coloured Pencil Manga Set 23 includes: 18 x Prismacolor Premier Coloured Pencils in the following colours; Cream, Lemon Yellow, Sunburst Yellow, Pale Vermillion, Poppy Red, Process Red, Hot Pink, Light Peach, Lavender, Parma Violet, Ultramarine, Electric Blue, Cloud Blue, Chartreuse, Spring Green, Light Umber, Black, White along with 5 x Prismacolor Verithin pencils in Black, Dark Brown, Indigo Blue, Tuscan Red and Cool Grey which have thinner, harder leads for adding fine detail.
