Description
Art Spectrum Paraffin Wax is a white, odourless wax with a low melting point of around 60°C. When added to oil paints it gives a hard glossy finish in techniques such as encaustic painting.
Art Spectrum Paraffin Wax can also be used as a material for batik (a wax-resist techniques) or as a subsitute for beeswax. Paraffin wax is the preferred material in making candles.
