Derwent Drawing Pencils are wax based that have a soft creamy texture and provides a smooth laydown. The highly lightfast pencils provide a velvety finish.
Produced using quality pigments you be sure of great covering power. They are not as soft as the Derwent Water-Soluble Pencil range and not as hard as regular colour pencils.
Choose from a selection of rich and earthy natural colours such as soft greens, greys, blues, creams and sepia tones. This colour palette lends itself to wildlife drawings and nature studies. Use them to build up feather and fur or when you want multiple layers to show through in your artwork to create depth in landscapes.
