GOLDEN GAC 900

GAC 900 can be mixed with acrylic paints, converting them to fabric paints that can be washed once heat set. It also thins acrylic colours allowing ease of application on fabric surfaces.

Mix this GAC 900 medium with GOLDEN High Flow Acrylics to produce tie-dye effects on your fabric items, or combine with GOLDEN Heavy Body, Matte or Fluid Acrylics for brush applications or screen-printing methods. This medium offers soft hand and laundering stability when used for fabric painting.

To heat set your designs once painted on fabric, first ensure the paint is air-dry to the touch. Then iron on the reverse side for 3-5 minutes, using a medium-hot setting. For more delicate fabrics, use lower temperatures or heat set with a hair dryer.

GAC 900 is a water-based 100% acrylic polymer medium. It can be cleaned up with soap and water.
