The Smooth-On Smooth-Cast 320 Casting Resin is an ultra-low viscosity urethane casting resin that is ideal for creating smooth, bubble-free off-white castings with excellent detail. With a 1:1 mix ratio by volume (or 100A:90B by weight), it's easy to use and cures into tough, durable parts that resist moisture, mild solvents, and moderate heat.

The Smooth Cast 320 Casting Resin readily accepts pigments and fillers and is perfect for small-to-medium sculptures, prototypes, props and jewellery. Being moisture-sensitive, it must be mixed and poured in a warm, dry environment (23°C).

Use clean metal, glass, or plastic containers and mix thoroughly - scraping sides and bottom. Pour into the lowest point of the mould to minimise air bubbles. Cure time varies by mass, ranging from 7 minutes to several hours.
