Rainbow Lorikeet Watercolour Workshop with Merryl Parker
In this workshop you will enjoy painting a beautiful Rainbow Lorikeet using quality Winsor & Newton Cotman paints and Fabriano paper. A template of the subject will be available so there is no need to stress if you cannot draw.
You will be guided step-by-step as you learn about colour mixing and tonal values and apply techniques such as wet on wet, wet on dry, layering, glazing, gradation, paint lifting, flat wash, and creating texture.
Your palette will consist of Cadmium Yellow, Lemon Yellow Hue, Cadmium Orange Hue, Cadmium Red Deep Hue, Ultramarine, Cerulean Blue Hue, Dioxazine Purple and Burnt Umber.
The workshop is suitable for beginners and intermediate levels.
All materials will be provided for use during the workshop.
