Shipping Policy (Australia & New Zealand)
Shipping within Australia
Delivery Standard postage rate is $9.95 nationwide. We use Australia Post eParcel and Star Track Express services.
Additional freight cost will be incurred when selecting the following:
- Express postage
- Shipping Bulky Items
- Shipping to remote regional areas.

Delivery Time:
We use Australia Post for our standard and express deliveries:
- Standard - 3 to 5 working days
- Express - overnight to 3 working days
We use Star Track for all bulky items:
- Bulky - 3 to 5 working days
Bulky Items
Additional delivery fees apply to bulky items* as they require extra handling and may take longer to transport because of their weight and size. Please proceed with your order and Our Customer Service Team will then send you a Shipping Quote within one business day for review. Your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days of Shipping Quote approval. Please contact our online customer service on customerservice@eckersleys.com.au if you require further information.

Service Availability
Delivery is available to all states in Australia: NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, NT and TAS Metro and Regional areas.
Delivering your goods
A signature is required for deliveries. Please ensure that you or someone authorised is present to accept delivery.
Standard & Express parcels through eParcel:
In the event that no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a card in your letterbox with details to arrange pick-up at your local Australia Post Retail outlet.
Bulky items through Star Track:
In the event that no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a card in your letterbox with details to arrange pick-up at your local Star Track depot or you may contact customerservice@eckersleys.com.au to organise redelivery at your cost.
Shipping to New Zealand
We use Australia Post and StarTrack services.
All Shipping options to New Zealand require a shipping quote.
The options for shipping are:
- Standard International
- Express International
- Bulky International
Delivery Time:
We use Australia Post for our Standard International and Express International services:
- Standard International - 3 to 10 working days. Tracking available on postage under 2kg
- Express International – 2-4 working days.
We use StarTrack for our Bulky International service:
- Bulky International -3-10 working days. Tracking available
Bulky Items
Additional delivery fees apply to bulky items as they require extra handling and may take longer to transport because of their weight and size. Please contact our online customer service on customerservice@eckersleys.com.au for a shipping quote or we will contact you with a shipping quote within one business day of receipt of your order.
