Do you enjoy walking on the beach on a stormy, windy day? Local Sunshine Coast Artist, Merryl Parker was inspired to paint this stormy sky scene from a photo she captured during a walk at Maroochydore Beach.
Experience the beauty of the watercolour medium using the wet on wet and wet on dry watercolour techniques and the importance of adding tonal values.
You will paint with Winsor & Newton paints and your palette in this workshop will include: Ultramarine, Dioxazine Purple, Burnt Umber, Cerulean Blue Hue, Cadmium Yellow, Raw Sienna, Turquoise, Chinese White, Yellow Ochre
Merryl will guide you step by step during this lesson. Her main goal is to make your painting experience a happy and relaxed one while teaching you valuable new painting skills.
This workshop is suitable for beginner and intermediate level artists.
All materials will be provided for use during the workshop.
