Christmas 2018 Delivery Information

Order by 11am of the following dates to receive your order by Christmas (exclusions apply).

Thursday 20/12/18 - Sydney & Canberra Metro
Wednesday 19/12/18 - Melbourne & Brisbane Metro
Tuesday 18/12/18 - Adelaide Metro
Monday 17/12/18 - Perth & Tasmania Metro

To avoid disappointment, please click here for the final parcel lodgement dates by postcode before placing your order. 

Please note that the cut-off dates below are based on estimates provided by our shipping providers. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, nor can we foresee any delays that may affect delivery times within the postal network. For that reason, we recommend that you place your order as early as possible, particularly if you are living in a rural or remote area of Australia.


Shipping within Australia

We use Australia Post eParcel and Star Track Express services.

The options for shipping are:

  • Standard Delivery (3 - 5 working days*) $11.95
  • Express Delivery (up to 3 working days**) $19.90
  • Bulky Delivery*** (3 - 5 working days*) $27.15

*Standard Delivery time to NT & WA is 4 to 7 working days. Standard Delivery to regional NT & WA can take up to 3 weeks.

**Express Delivery to regional Queensland, South Australia Country, Perth City/Subs, Western Australia Country, Hobart City/Subs, Tasmania Country, Darwin City/Subs, Northern Territory Country may take up to 7 Working Days.

***Bulky Delivery applies to orders containing Big & Bulky or Hazardous Items. Additional delivery fees apply to bulky items as they require extra handling and may take longer to transport because of their weight and size.

Service Availability:

Delivery is available to all states in Australia: NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, NT and TAS Metro and Regional areas.

Order despatch:

We will endeavour to process and despatch orders the same day, however, orders placed after 11am AEST will be despatched on the next business day.

Tracking your order:

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking link for your parcel(s) via email, which you can use to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivering your goods:

A signature is required for deliveries. Please ensure that you or someone authorised is present to accept delivery.

Standard & Express parcels through eParcel:

In the event that no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a card in your letterbox with details to arrange pick-up at your local Australia Post Retail outlet.

Bulky items through Star Track:

In the event that no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a card in your letterbox with details to arrange pick-up at your local Star Track depot or you may contact customerservice@eckersleys.com.au to organise redelivery at your cost.


Shipping to New Zealand

We use Australia Post eParcel and Star Track Express services.

The options for shipping are:

  • Standard International (3 - 10 working days) $20.95
  • Express International (2 - 4 working days) $31.90
  • Bulky International* (3 - 10 working days) $44.00

*Bulky International applies to orders containing Big & Bulky or Hazardous Items. Additional delivery fees apply to bulky items as they require extra handling and may take longer to transport because of their weight and size.

Service Availability:

Delivery is available to all areas in New Zealand.

Tracking your Order:

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking link for your parcel(s) via email, which you can use to monitor the status of your shipment. Tracking is available for Express shipping only.

Standard International & Express International parcels through eParcel:

In the event that no one is available to accept the delivery, Australia Post will find a safe place to leave your parcel. If there’s no safe place to leave your parcel it will be taken to a nearby Post Office and a card will be left for you.

Bulky items through Star Track:

In the event that no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a card in your letterbox with details to arrange pick-up at your local Star Track depot or you may contact customerservice@eckersleys.com.au to organise redelivery at your cost.

Customs Charges:

You may have to pay Customs charges and or GST on top of the advertised price when your goods arrive in New Zealand. Eckersley’s have no influence over New Zealand’s Customs Charges.
