Shipping Policy


Shipping within Australia

We use Australia Post eParcel and Star Track Express services.

The options for shipping are:

  • Standard Delivery (3 - 5 working days*) $11.40
  • Express Delivery (up to 3 working days**) $19.00
  • Bulky Delivery** (3 - 5 working days*) $20.75

*Standard Delivery time to NT & WA is 4 to 7 working days. Standard Delivery to regional NT & WA can take up to 3 weeks.

**Express Delivery to regional Queensland, South Australia Country, Perth City/Subs, Western Australia Country, Hobart City/Subs, Tasmania Country, Darwin City/Subs, Northern Territory Country may take up to 7 Working Days.

***Bulky Delivery applies to orders containing Big & Bulky  or Dangerous Items . Additional delivery fees apply to bulky items as they require extra handling and may take longer to transport because of their weight and size.

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Orders for Bulky or Dangerous Goods to remote areas will require a shipping quote, which you will be notified of at checkout. Our Customer Service Team will then send you a Shipping Quote within one business day for review. Your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days of Shipping Quote approval.

Service Availability:

Delivery is available to all states in Australia: NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, NT and TAS Metro and Regional areas.

Order despatch
We will endeavour to process and despatch orders the same day, however, orders placed after 11am AEST will be despatched on the next business day.

Tracking your Order:

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking link for your parcel(s) via email, which you can use to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivering your goods:

A signature is required for deliveries. Please ensure that you or someone authorised is present to accept delivery.

Standard & Express parcels through eParcel:

In the event that no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a card in your letterbox with details to arrange pick-up at your local Australia Post Retail outlet.

Bulky items through Star Track:

In the event that no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a card in your letterbox with details to arrange pick-up at your local Star Track depot or you may contact customerservice@eckersleys.com.au to organise redelivery at your cost.

Shipping to New Zealand

We use Australia Post eParcel and Star Track Express services.

The options for shipping are:

  • Standard International (3 - 10 working days) $19.95
  • Express International (2 - 4 working days) $29.95
  • Bulky International* (3 - 10 working days) Quote

*Bulky International:

All orders for items marked as Big & Bulky  or Dangerous Goods  will require a Shipping Quote. Please contact our online Customer Service Team on customerservice@eckersleys.com.au for a shipping quote or we will contact you with a shipping quote within one business day of receipt of your order.

Additional delivery fees apply to bulky items as they require extra handling and may take longer to transport because of their weight and size.

Service Availability:

Delivery is available to all areas in New Zealand.

Tracking your Order:

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking link for your parcel(s) via email, which you can use to monitor the status of your shipment. Tracking is available for Express shipping only.

Standard International & Express International parcels through eParcel:

In the event that no one is available to accept the delivery, Australia Post will find a safe place to leave your parcel. If there’s no safe place to leave your parcel it will be taken to a nearby Post Office and a card will be left for you.

Bulky items through Star Track:

In the event that no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a card in your letterbox with details to arrange pick-up at your local Star Track depot or you may contact customerservice@eckersleys.com.au to organise redelivery at your cost.

Customs Charges:

You may have to pay Customs charges and or GST on top of the advertised price when your goods arrive in New Zealand. Eckersley’s have no influence over New Zealand’s Customs Charges.
