Full Time Customer Service Manager - Kingsgrove, NSW

We are seeking a full time Customer Service Manager, located Kingsgrove, NSW.
You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer service is provided to our growing online and education customer base and possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment. This role presents a unique opportunity to work closely with the SME’s of our business and can be seen as a pathway to a career in other departments within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To oversee the day to day running of all Customer Service activities including but not limited to: 
  • Liaising with retail and education customers directly as necessary
  • Raising and managing orders within our back end systems to ensure service level expectations are maintained
  • Providing an escalation point for calls and customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Relationship management of customers, sales representatives and our warehouse team
  • Reporting
  • Rostering
  • Training and managing staff performance and overseeing the newly instated customer service Live Chat Role to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ensuring all staff abide by all company policies and procedures, including Work Health and Safety
Skills & Requirements:
  • Past experience in a customer service management position either in a retail or office environment preferred
  • Experience in the Art & Craft industry and possession of exceptional product knowledge 
  • High level of computer skills - MS EXCEL, MS WORD, OUTLOOK
  • Advanced listening and communication skills 
  • Problem solving skills and confidence to deal with ad-hoc customer and operational issues as they arise
  • High degree of organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload 
  • Excellent attitude and work ethic

Full Time Assistant Store Manager Position – Brookvale & Bondi Junction, NSW and Hawthorn, VIC

The Eckersley's group is seeking Full Time Assistant Store Manager Positions for our Brookvale and Bondi Junction, NSW and Hawthorn, VIC stores.

The successful applicant must possess sales experience and have a positive 'can-do' attitude. Experience in the art & craft industry would be preferred but not essential.

As the Assistant Store Manager you will support the Store Manager and help manage the day to day running of the store including rostering, reporting, staff performance and ensuring that all staff abide by company policies and procedures, including Work Health and Safety. You will assist in motivating and mentoring a small team to provide exceptional customer service.
