Assistant Product Manager – Kingsgrove, NSW

We have an excellent opportunity for a person with art and craft product knowledge and a desire to succeed, to join our specialised products team. The right candidate will be responsible for setting product ranges, promotional planning, educational catalogue creation / development and supplier management.

Reporting to the Products and Merchandise Manager, some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure that our product range delivers on our customer's needs by developing new ranges with our key partners, reviewing existing ranges and recommending extensions or deletions.
  • Purchase order and channel inventory management.
  • Support and co-ordination of the annual Educational Catalogue by liaising across various departments
  • Development and execution of educational campaigns based on sales analysis and category reviews.
  • Supporting the Product Manager in supplier & store communication and management.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate information is passed to the database administrator through a close working relationship.
  • Content review and support of our e-commerce product platforms.

The candidate will ideally have experience and knowledge of the Art industry and its product range as well as retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Customer Service Team daily, providing direction, feedback and training where relevant.

Our Warehouse based at St Marys, NSW is seeking Casual warehouse storeperson.

Monday to Friday, morning and night shifts with on-site parking.

Key responsibilities include:
