Atelier Liquid Gesso Primer is perfect when you need a smooth surface to paint on. It offers a thinner consistency than traditional gesso primers, allowing you to apply in thin, even layers prior to painting.
Atelier Liquid Gesso Primer can be used straight out of the container and will dry to a thin, flexible white film ready for you to paint on. This gesso is suitable for both oil and acrylic paintings. Apply with a brush, sponge, or roller to your chosen surface and wait for the primer to dry overnight before beginning to paint.
Preparing your surface with Atelier Liquid Gesso Primer will allow adhesion of your colours to the painting surface, give your painting a longer working time and maintain the quality of the paint after dry.
