I can’t find my past orders.
Please contact our customer service team at customerservice@eckersleys.com.au or call 1800 701 602 and we can provide you with a list of your previous confirmed orders.

My wish list or saved order is missing from my new account.
Please contact our customer service team at customerservice@eckersleys.com.au or call 1800 701 602 and we can reload your order for you.

I was halfway through an order and my account timed out.
For security purposes, your account will time out after 1 hour. If you have been working on an order, your order will auto save and should still be in your cart ready for you to add to it.

I forgot my password.
Click on the Sign In/Up icon in the top right corner and click “School Sign In”, then click “Forgot your password”. The email address associate with your account will receive a reset password link.
