FIMO Glow in the Dark Ghost Mobile

Add some glowing ghosts to your Halloween decor with this fun, FIMO glow in the dark ghost mobile!

What you will need

• 4 packs of STAEDTLER FIMO Effects Oven Bake Modelling Clay, Nightglow (57g)
• STAEDTLER FIMO Acrylic Roller
• STAEDTLER FIMO Cutter Blades
• STAEDTLER Lumocolor Permanent Pen
• Nylon thread
• Wooden stick or branch
• Toothpick or needle
• Smooth work surface
• Oven
• Ghost template

How to do it

1. Roll four strips of FIMO into a ball and then, using the acrylic roller roll it out to a 3mm (approx) sheet.
2. Cut out the ghost template, and place it on top of your flattened FIMO. Cut around the outside using the FIMO Cutter Blade.
3. Join the edges of the 3/4 circle together buy bending the FIMO. Smooth over the seam.
4. Use your fingers to shape the FIMO into a bell shape.
5. Form ripples at the bottom of the ghost shape to give the illusion of flowing robes.
6. To make the arms, roll some FIMO into a small ball and cut it in half. Next, mould the pieces into drumstick shapes and flatten at one end. Shape the fingers and press the arms onto the body. Smooth over the joins.
7. Using a needle or toothpick, punch a hole in the top of the ghost’s head. Place them in the oven for 30 minutes at 110c
8. Once hardened, draw faces onto the ghosts with the Lumocolor Permanent Pen.
9. Thread nylon through the hole in the top of the head and make a large knot on the inside of the ghost. Tie your ghosts to your branch or stick to finish your ghost mobile.
