Iris Botanical Watercolour Workshop with Ferie Sadeghi
About this event
Beautiful Iris flowers have these sculptural petals ideal for beginners to learn how to paint flowers.
Using high quality Winsor & Newton Professional watercolour paints, participants will use different shades of violet and learn to paint the petals in different tonal values to show the curves and creases.
We use yellow for the Iris beard, which is the primary colour, and purple is the complimentary colour. These two colours are opposite each other on the colour wheel so they are perfect match.
This workshop is ideal for beginners and intermediate level.
