Promotional Code Terms & Conditions
- Promotional codes can be used online only and cannot be redeemed in store.
- Promotional codes do not apply to previously placed orders.
- Only one promotional code can be used per transaction. Limit one promotional code per customer.
- Certain products may be excluded from promotional codes. Please see the details of the promotional code for a list of included products.
- Each promotional code is valid for a limited time; please see the details of the promotional code for the expiry date.
- If the promotional code has a minimum purchase requirement, shipping charges do not apply towards the minimum purchase requirement.
- For the promotional code to apply to your order, you must enter the promotional code prior to completing your order.
- Promotional codes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash or credit.
- Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Eckersley’s reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional codes at any time.
- Eckersley’s reserves the right to decline to accept orders where, in its opinion, a promotion code is invalid for the order being placed.
- Free Shipping cannot be redeemed against items marked as Big & Bulky.
- Promotional codes cannot be redeemed against Education Kits.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to change any of the terms contained in these Terms of Use at any time where the change is required:
- To add or remove goods which may be purchased with the Promotional Code;
- For infrastructural, systems, administrative or operational reasons or to prevent the occurrence of fraud or other unlawful or unacceptable conduct;
- To comply with any contract, law, regulation or statute or order or judgment of any court, tribunal or other body having competent jurisdiction; or
- Where we, acting reasonably, consider that it will not be to your detriment.
Promotional Code FAQs
Exchange & Returns
In the event of part of the order being returned when a percentage off Promotional Code has been used, you will receive a refund for the value of the goods as per your transaction.
In the event of any returns meaning that the order no longer qualifies for the promotion advertised, Eckersley’s reserves the right to deduct the value of the offer from the refund.

How do I make a purchase with my Promotional Code
Simply add your Promotional Code into the specified box at the shopping cart and click Apply. The value of your order will be automatically updated. You must ensure your order qualifies for the Promotional Code when a Minimum Purchase applies.
Can I collect Creative Rewards points when I purchase or use a Promotional Code?
Creative Rewards points cannot be collected on all Promotional Codes. Please check the details of your Promotional Code.
Can I use a Gift Card to pay for an order when I have used a Promotional Code?
Yes, please enter your Gift Card details in the boxes provided.
I have entered my percentage off Promotional Code but not all items have been reduced?
Promotional Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Please check if the items you have ordered are currently on promotion online.
