What you will need
- Decorative Paper (Christmas Wrap)
- Utoplex Trace - 112gsm A3 Sheet
- X-Press It High Tack Double-Sided Tape - 12mm x 50m
- Scissors
- Pencil
- Metal Ruler
- Cutting Mat
- Knife
How to do it
- Cut the trace paper to 30cm x 10.5cm
- Role the trace paper to form a tube, overlap the ends by 2cm and use double sided tape to stick the two ends together
- Cut the decorative paper into 24 x 5cm squares
- Take one paper square and fold it in half diagonally, tip to tip, to form a triangle and then half again to form a smaller triangle
- Unfold to square, and fold one corner to meet the middle point. Repeat for the 3 remaining corners
- Repeat for all 24 squares
- Use double sided tape to stick down your squares onto the trace paper tube, ensuring you stick the flat side down - the open flap side should be facing out
- Once all squares are stuck down, tweak to the desired look by folding or curling the paper flaps
