Reeves Pre-Mixed Complete Acrylic Pouring Set uses an acrylic paint mixture combined with a pouring medium which can be applied onto a surface such as canvas or wooden boards. As the paint moves across the surface it creates swirling patterns to create abstract art. The ready-to-use paints in this set are a convenient way to get into this art technique, as no measuring or mixing is required. Simply pour into the plastic cups provided, add a few drops of silicone oil (to create cells on the surface), then mix gently with the wooden sticks included in the set.
Pour Art is a messy activity, so wear protective clothing and cover your work area with drop sheets or newsprint to catch any excess paint. The paint used in the Reeves Pre-Mixed Complete Acrylic Pouring Set is water-based and easily cleaned using soap and water.
Allow artwork to dry on a flat surface for a smooth, even finish. Drying time will take around 12-24 hours depending on the temperature and humidity.
