This wacky craft item is comprised of a small black disk encased in a clear, hard plastic shell. When the eyes move, the black disk creates a jiggling effect.
With 100 eyes in each pack, you can go crazy adding them to inanimate objects to give them personality. Key rings, phones, containers - all things that could use personalizing! Add them to drawings, paintings, and sculptures, they give any craft project fun and silly effect.
We recommend you use Shamrock Joggle Eyes with PVA or water-based glue. Superglues and other epoxy style glues can melt the plastic casing.
