The Dalchem P20 Translucent Silicone RTV2 Kit is a two-part clear silicone rubber moulding and casting compound. It’s a great option for modellers wanting to create items with fine details such as life castings, prototypes, architectural models, and theatrical special effect props.
Dalchem P20 Translucent Silicone RTV2 Kit contains a bottle each of liquid silicone (Part A) and a hardener (Part B), which will create a translucent, high strength silicone rubber when mixed together. The skin safe formula has a firmer setting silicone to Dalchem P10 Silicone and can be used to make durable moulded pieces.
To use Dalchem P20 Translucent Silicone, mix in equal quantities of Part A and Part B by weight, stirring thoroughly to ensure the solution will set correctly. Once mixed, the pot life is 30-40 minutes before it begins to harden. Discard any unused mixture.
The shore hardness of this silicone is 20A. Use in a well-ventilated area.
