Montana Universal Primer seals and prepares your surface for acrylic painting! This primer is a white, semi-gloss primer that will provide a neutral base for your artworks.
Perfect for porous surfaces such as wood, metal, paper, cardboard, concrete, ceramics, brick, leather, and more, Montana Universal Primer is fully compatible with Montana GOLD, BLACK and WHITE spray paint ranges.
Montana Universal Primer protects your art against rust while providing a smooth surface to work on. It will also increase the durability of your surface once coated. To apply, first ensure surfaces are clean and free from dust, oils and rust. Spray several thin layers onto your surface in smooth, clean strokes, allowing 1-2 minutes between each coat. Ensure you apply additional coats before the previous coat fully dries to ensure a smooth, even application.
This primer takes at least 24hrs to cure, depending on temperatures and humidity, and the can should be stored after use with the nozzle attached to optimise its lifespan.
When using Montana Universal Primer, wear protective eyewear and a mask. Use in a well-ventilated area.
