Charcoal pencils give the benefits of charcoal with less mess on your hand. These quality charcoal pencils contain a high proportion of carbon and charcoal allowing artists to achieve a wide range of the deepest black tones in their artwork.
This set also contains a paper blending stump. The blending stump is made from tightly wound recycled paper with pointed ends which allow you to blend and smudge dry media. When the Jasart Paper Stump becomes dull or dirty, sharpen using a sandpaper block or alternatively, peel away the paper layer to reveal a clean sharp point.
