Jasart Studio Sketching and Drawing Set 10 includes essential items for drawing, sketching, and doodling. This set is perfect for students and hobbyists, as it offers a great starting point for anyone wanting to begin their sketching journey.
The variety of pencils featured in this set allow you to create depth and tone to your illustrations. The 3 graphite sketch pencils in 2B, 6B and 8B are particularly smooth providing the ideal pencil for the first laydown. The sepia pencil has a colour similar to burnt umber while the pierre noire pencil contains a soft lead with a black that is dense, deep, indelible and matt. The black and white charcoal pencils allow you to add highlights and deeper shadows.
This set also contains paper blending stumps. These blending stumps are made from tightly wound recycled paper with pointed ends which allow you to blend and smudge dry media. When the Jasart Paper Stump becomes dull or dirty, sharpen using the sandpaper sharpening block provided, or alternatively, peel away the paper layer to reveal a clean sharp point.
