To ensure the best results, consider conducting preliminary tests on your chosen object. On some surfaces, Marbling colours may lighten to varying degrees upon drying. For textiles, satin lining is recommended for its glossy finish, which enhances the Marbling colours.
Marbling paints can also be used in water without a marbling bath, resulting in narrower marbled effects and softer shades. Air-drying takes just minutes, and for fixing on textiles, a brief application of heat without steam or an oven at 150°C for 5 minutes does the trick. Cleaning up is a breeze with soapy water.
